Babydoll's Gun.
Babydoll's nickel-plated M1911A1 (given to her by the Wise Man) as part of her arsenal of weapons, bears engravings on both sides. The right-hand side seems to depict happier times when the left portrays her eventual fate to remind her of what's at stake if she happens to fail.
The artwork was created by comics artist Alex Pardee, who also created the engravings on Babydoll's katana.
